To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at company@mustafayuceler.me with:

Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale or promotional clearance items.
