All orders are processed within [1-5] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Because we offer a wide variety of unique items, shipping rates and delivery times vary from product to product.

  • Variable Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout, based on the specific items in your cart, their weight, and your delivery address.

  • Product-Specific Delivery Times: Depending on the product type, origin, and availability, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times for each product will be visible during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

fitza.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages

fitza.store is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at company@mustafayuceler.me with clear photos of the damaged packaging or item, and we will do our best to help you solve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an item is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
